De-molding:
For de-molding, the pipes are transported without being removed from their mold jackets. This helps to retain the dimensional accuracy of the engineered pipes and protect them from damage during transportation to the de-molding area. Further, strings are placed on the product to protect the spigot and a de-molding agent is applied over the core to ensure smooth finish of the surface.
Infrastructure Facility

Compaction
The process involves evenly filling concrete into a mold using a rotation feeding belt. The speed of filling concrete can be easily adjusted depending upon different production circumstances. A central vibrator connected to the core with the help of a hydraulic clamping device generates vibration which allows rapid changes in the mold design. To ensure proper induction of vibration, the mold jacket with a base pallet if separately mounted from other machine components and is rubber-buffer isolated. The resultant centrifugal force can also be adjusted individually according to product type and diameter.
Spigot Forming
To allow even distribution of concrete the spigot forming ring is applied with its free load or dead weight. This helps to shape the spigot ends, for which a hydraulic superimposed load may also be added if needed. For achieving precisely and perfectly shaped spigot ends, these ends are smoothed by oscillating rotary movements of the spigot forming ring. This makes the spigot ends appropriate for different applications including gaskets designed for narrow tolerances.
